1. Composition of piston and conveying cylinder
Generally, the piston is made of polyurethane, which is elastic and wear-resistant. The inner wall of conveying cylinder is also coated with wear-resistant material.
2. Lubrication mode of piston and conveying cylinder
Generally, there are two lubrication methods between the piston and the delivery cylinder: one is automatic oil lubrication, in this way, every time the pump is pumped, the refueling system will automatically add lubricating oil; for this refueling system, it is recommended to regularly check whether the oil circuit is smooth, otherwise, once the oil circuit is blocked, the piston and the delivery cylinder will wear rapidly; The other is the manual refueling system, which requires regular manual refueling. In this case, the operator should supplement the lubricating oil regularly according to the different working environment, usually once per hour. It should be noted that: when refueling, the piston point must be moved to the lower part of the vertical refueling point, so that the lubricating oil just enters the oil groove in the middle of the piston.
3. "Cylinder holding" operation
Generally, during the pumping process, the operator should often carry out the "cylinder holding" operation, that is, when the piston of the main cylinder runs to the end point, operate the button and keep it for 5-8 seconds, so as to supplement the hydraulic oil in the closed oil chamber of the main cylinder (for the pump reversing by the proximity switch, the proximity switch should be close to the side of the main cylinder as far as possible), so as to make full use of the stroke of the conveying cylinder and avoid the local part of the conveying cylinder Wear.
4. Pay attention to water tank
During the operation of the concrete pump, the operator should pay close attention to the water tank. Once the water is turbid or there is sand in the water, it indicates that the piston may be worn. At this time, the piston should be replaced in time, otherwise it is likely to aggravate the wear of piston and delivery cylinder. If the new piston, the water soon appears turbid, it indicates that the conveying cylinder has been worn and needs to be replaced. In view of this situation, it is suggested to determine whether the conveying cylinder is worn by measuring the cylinder diameter. Generally, the thickness of chromium plating layer on the inner wall of the cylinder is only (0.2-0.25) mm. When the cylinder diameter increases by (0.45-0.55) mm, it indicates that the conveying cylinder needs to be replaced.
It should be noted that the water temperature of the cooling water in the water tank is very important. If the water temperature is too high, it will aggravate the wear of the piston. At this time, it is recommended to replace the cooling water in the water tank frequently.
