1、 If abnormal sound is found in the delivery cylinder, carefully check whether there are abnormal problems such as cylinder pulling, chromium coating falling off, etc., and eliminate eccentric wear and abnormal noise caused by delivery cylinder.
2、 After the eccentric wear caused by coaxiality problem (the piston's own mass generally does not lead to eccentric wear, which may cause early wear and even block dropping), the failure is eliminated by adjusting the viewpoint of the delivery cylinder device.
3、 Loosen all the pull rod screws in the water tank of the pumping system and start to empty the pump. After about 10 minutes, the abnormal noise should disappear.

4、 Continue to empty the pump, and gradually and symmetrically slowly tighten the pull rod screw of the water tank. If abnormal noise is heard during tightening, stop tightening the screw and turn to tighten the screws in other directions until all parts are tightened and abnormal noise is eliminated.
In four simple steps, the abnormal noise caused by out of tolerance of coaxiality and the subsequent eccentric wear of piston can be eliminated. Without installation and measurement tools, maintenance workers with basic knowledge of pump truck and normal hearing are required to achieve the above operation.
